Reitze de Graaf is a senior consultant and he holds a Masters in Business Administration (1991, University of Twente). Since he started at BCI Global in 2013, his focus has been on high tech companies, from capital goods to consumer products, and life-science companies, including medical equipment, pharma, biotech and over-the-counter products. Prior to BCI, Reitze has gained 20 years of experience in Supply Chain Management in high tech companies (Bosch Rexroth, Philips / VDL, Océ / Canon) as Supply Chain Manager, Program Manager, and Supply Chain Engineering Manager.
Reitze supports High Tech and Life-Science companies worldwide in redesigning their supply chain networks, developing market strategies, improving network performance, setting up and improving integrated business planning processes, accelerating order-to-cash processes, reducing supply chain risks, and in the implementation of the recommendations. He has specific knowledge about regulatory and quality aspects of supply chains in the life sciences sector and the challenges of rapid technological innovations in high-tech supply chains.
