  • Overview of what are the “best-in-class” practices or state of operations for Incoterms usage
  • Assessment of gaps between the current setup and the “best-in-class”
  • Provide a targeted review and discussion of the case studies for the organization
  • Proposed implementation roadmap for the case studies for the organization

  • What are the recommended practices for handling Incoterms?
  • What are the areas you can look at to mitigate risks for the organization in Incoterms management?
  • How do you manage change from current practices to the recommended practice for Incoterms management?
