BCI Global has made it for the second year in a row to the Forbes 2020 list of America’s Best Management Consulting Firms. The prestigious business magazine Forbes released in March this year its annual listing of best management consulting firms. The economic, location and supply chain consulting firm BCI Global (Buck Consultants International) is one of the selected firms.

Supported by market research firm Statista, Forbes compiled the list by surveying 1,000 senior executives of leading corporations who worked with such firms over the last four years, as well as 7,500 partners and executives of management consultancies. The selected 222 firms received the highest number of recommendations.

According to Forbes BCI Global is in 6 categories (out of 16) among the world leaders:

  • Operations – global manufacturing and support center footprint optimization;
  • Supply Chain Management – setting up agile and customer centric supply chains;
  • Risk Management – how to cope with external business disruption risks such as Covid-19 or trade tariffs;
  • Legal – global location advice for legal firms who want to set-up legal support centers;
  • Automotive – supporting automotive companies (OEM and suppliers) on finding cost effective production locations in EMEA, North America, China and Asia;
  • Mergers & Acquisitions – integration of production, distribution and office operations (and locations) after a merger or acquisition.

René Buck, CEO of BCI Global, “We are very proud to be recognized by Forbes for our client performance. As a specialized consulting firm focusing on location advise and supply chain design we have become a truly global firm with offices in Atlanta, the Bay area, Los Angeles, Shanghai, Singapore, London, Frankfurt and Nijmegen and the Hague in the Netherlands. The outstanding quality of our teams and the results we achieve are recognized once again by our clients, according to Forbes.”

Managing Partner Patrick Haex: “Given the current Covid-19 crisis a lot of clients are seeking advice to develop resilient supply chains and create a robust, future-proof footprint of their manufacturing facilities. But also headquarters and support centers are under review as a lot of companies have to decide where their employees will work the next years: at their offices or at home or a combination? We consider the recognition of our clients as their trusted advisor, who supports them with proven frameworks and tailored advice, as a huge vote of confidence.”

BCI Global is an active and proud member of the Site Selectors Guild, Council of Supply Chain Management Professionals (CSCMP), CoreNet (Association for Corporate Real Estate) and IAMC (Industrial Asset Management Council).
