Elise studied econometrics at the University of Amsterdam, she was involved as a student assistant in various labor market studies at the CPB and the VU University and completed her studies in 1990.
At DHL, Elise gained extensive management experience of 17 years in various MD roles within Supply Chain, Logistics and HR. She took the accumulated knowledge and expertise to her consultancy Redwoods, where she and her colleagues advised clients such as Carglass, RET, Arriva, ZorgserviceXL, Strukton, Interport, Interrijn, Port of Rotterdam and EMC in the field of HR and organizational and talent development. Always using innovative working methods and new technology.
Her role within Logistics Valley Rivierenland further expanded her experience into the public sector and building ecosystems. The use of new technology and data platforms has further strengthened the mutual cooperation between education, government and logistics entrepreneurs.
