Arjen Donkersloot has extensive (15+ years) experience as a consultant and project- and program manager, working for private and governmental organizations, in strategic and operational projects. His fields of expertise include Energy Transition, Spatial Development, Regional Economy, Infrastructure, Airports, and the implementation of new procedures and concepts linked to Airfreight operations. He conducted projects, such as the multimodal development of Logistic sites at Schiphol Airport, program management for the High Speed Train Cargo initiative, stakeholder management facilitating the eLink project (improvement of the export acceptance process at Schiphol), benchmark studies concerning airfreight market segments and economic analyses linked to Energy transition.
Arjen worked for various public- en private clients, e.g. the Ministry of Infrastructure and Water Management, the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Climate Policy, Schiphol Group, Schiphol Area Development Company, Aeroports de Paris, the province of Noord-Holland, and the Port of Amsterdam.
