Project summary

BCI conducted a Sales & Operations assessment to determine key gaps in processes, organization and systems. BCI developed a customized S&OP blueprint and supported the implementation process focusing on creating the engagement and alignment between stakeholders and the actual implementation.

Our approach

  • Conducting site visits, interviews and compiling process maps to understand the current state of the Sales & Operations Planning and related model requirements
  • Development of a conceptual model for Sales & Operations planning
  • Development of an integrated business planning model and validating the Sales & Operations analytical model with client data to reflect the current situation
  • Training of the client in the Sales & Operations planning blueprint
  • Supporting and coaching the client in the S&OP cycle
  • Development and adjustment of reports
  • Development of IT requirements for the next phase
