René Buck, CEO BCI Global, will give at this conference a 90 minutes workshop on ‘Opti-mization of Manufacturing and Supply Chain Footprint’. Topics to be discussed include:

• Increasing urgency (trade tariffs, growth of the business, new production technologies) urge companies to review their footprint of manufacturing and distribution operations
• Developing and assessing footprint scenarios
• Choosing new locations around the globe, taking cost factors (including incentives and taxes), quality of the business environment (among others availability of talent) and risk factors into account

IAMC is a leading global industrial and manufacturing real estate trade association. The or-ganisation has 600 members, many of them being senior corporate real estate executives of manufacturing and logistics companies.
